Refund Policy
Showroom Closer is committed to providing high-quality training, coaching and products. Because our offerings include immediately accessible digital content, reserved professional time and limited training availability, all purchases are generally final.
Last Updated: July 16, 2026No refunds once access is issued, used or made available.
Reserved time, deposits and completed services are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items may qualify for replacement, not a refund.
1. General No-Refund Policy
Unless a different written policy is presented for a specific offer, all Showroom Closer sales are final. We do not provide refunds for a change of mind, lack of use, failure to complete a program, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences, or results that differ from a customer's expectations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, program details, pricing, prerequisites, schedules and this Refund Policy before purchasing. Completing a purchase confirms acceptance of this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.
2. Digital Products, Online Training and Courses
Purchases of online training, downloadable materials, videos, templates, workbooks, member content and other digital products are non-refundable once access credentials, links, files or content have been delivered or made available.
The no-refund rule applies whether or not the customer logs in, watches every lesson, downloads every resource or completes the training. Access to the program itself constitutes delivery of the digital product.
If a verified technical issue prevents access, the customer must contact us promptly. Our first remedy will be to troubleshoot the issue, restore access or provide an alternate reasonable method of delivery. A technical issue does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
Important: Sharing login credentials, copying, redistributing, reselling, recording or otherwise providing unauthorized access to protected training materials may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, in addition to any other available remedies.
3. VIP Coaching and Private Services
VIP coaching, private consulting, one-on-one sessions, evaluations and other personalized services involve reserved professional time and limited availability. Accordingly, payments for these services are non-refundable.
- Completed or partially completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Unused sessions do not have cash value and are not redeemable for refunds.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of that session.
- Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session time.
- Program expiration dates, if stated in the offer, remain enforceable.
At our sole discretion, we may permit a reasonable rescheduling request or issue a service credit when circumstances warrant. Any such accommodation is not guaranteed and is not a cash refund.
4. In-Person and Dealership Training
Deposits, retainers and payments for in-person or dealership training are non-refundable because dates are reserved, preparation begins, and other business may be declined in reliance on the booking.
- Deposits and retainers are earned upon receipt and are non-refundable.
- Completed training services are non-refundable.
- Customer-requested cancellations do not entitle the customer to a refund.
- Travel, lodging, transportation, venue, equipment and other committed expenses may remain due or may be deducted from any discretionary credit.
- Additional terms in a proposal, invoice or training agreement control if they conflict with this general policy.
When reasonable and operationally possible, Showroom Closer may allow a customer to reschedule training to another available date. Rescheduling may be subject to notice requirements, availability, additional travel costs, change fees or other documented expenses.
5. Books and Other Physical Products
Sales of books, workbooks, merchandise and other physical products are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, failure to read the product description, minor cosmetic variation, refusal of delivery or a change in personal circumstances.
Once a physical order has entered processing or fulfillment, it generally cannot be canceled or changed. Refused or undeliverable shipments do not automatically qualify for a refund, and additional shipping charges may apply to resend an order.
If an item arrives materially damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, the replacement procedures below apply.
6. Shipping Damage, Defects and Incorrect Items
If a physical product arrives materially damaged during shipping, defective or incorrect, contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. The request should include:
- The purchaser's name, order number and delivery address.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Photographs of the item, shipping box, packing materials and shipping label.
- Any other information reasonably requested to process a carrier or insurance claim.
The customer must retain the item and all original packaging until the claim is resolved. Discarding the product or packaging may prevent verification and may result in denial of a replacement request.
When a claim is approved, Showroom Closer's standard remedy is, at our option, to replace the affected item, resend the correct item, repair the item where practical, or provide another commercially reasonable remedy. Shipping damage does not ordinarily result in a cash refund.
We may require return of the damaged or incorrect product before sending a replacement. We will provide return instructions when a return is required. Do not send products back without written authorization.
7. Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
Packages Lost in Transit
If tracking does not show delivery and the carrier confirms that a shipment was lost in transit, Showroom Closer may submit a carrier or shipping-insurance claim. Once the claim is verified and approved, our standard remedy is to send a replacement product when inventory is available.
Packages Marked Delivered
Showroom Closer is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, weather exposure or damage occurring after a carrier records delivery to the address provided at checkout. Customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management and the delivery carrier and, where appropriate, submit a police report or carrier claim.
We may assist with reasonable documentation or evaluate an accommodation on a case-by-case basis, but a package marked delivered does not automatically qualify for a refund or free replacement.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not required to refund or replace orders delivered or attempted at the address submitted with the order. If a package is returned to us, reshipment may require payment of additional shipping and handling charges.
8. Cancellations, Missed Appointments and Rescheduling
A request to cancel does not create a right to a refund. When a service has not yet occurred, we may consider a one-time rescheduling request if sufficient notice is provided and an alternate date is available.
No-shows, late cancellations and missed appointments may be treated as completed sessions. Any rescheduled service remains subject to the original payment terms, expiration date and this Refund Policy.
If Showroom Closer must cancel a scheduled live service and cannot provide a reasonable replacement date or substantially equivalent service, we will offer an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law and the written terms of the specific purchase.
9. Payment Plans, Financing and Chargebacks
A payment plan divides the purchase price into installments; it does not create a pay-as-you-go arrangement. Unless written terms expressly state otherwise, the customer remains responsible for the full agreed purchase price even if the customer stops participating, fails to use the service or requests cancellation.
Financing or buy-now-pay-later arrangements may also be governed by the separate terms of the financing provider. Customers should contact the provider regarding payment scheduling while contacting Showroom Closer regarding the underlying order.
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback does not cancel a valid contract or eliminate amounts lawfully owed. We may provide the payment processor with order records, access logs, delivery confirmation, communications and this accepted policy in response to a dispute.
Nothing in this section limits a customer's lawful right to dispute an unauthorized transaction, billing error, undelivered order or other matter protected by applicable law.
10. Case-by-Case Review and Discretionary Exceptions
We value our customers and want them to have a positive experience. A customer with an unusual circumstance may contact us and provide complete information for review. Showroom Closer may, in its sole discretion and where legally permitted, offer troubleshooting, replacement, rescheduling, account credit, service credit or another accommodation.
A discretionary exception is not guaranteed, does not amend this policy for future transactions, and does not create a precedent or continuing obligation. Unless Showroom Closer expressly agrees otherwise in writing, an approved accommodation will not be issued as cash.
11. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The version in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that transaction, together with any offer-specific terms, invoice, proposal or written agreement accepted by the customer.
12. Contact Us
